Eligibility for Refund
- 
Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of course purchase. 
- 
Refund is possible only if you have consumed less than 10% of the course content (videos/quizzes). 
- 
Refunds will not be entertained after 3 days of enrollment under any circumstances. 
Non-Refundable Cases
- 
If you have downloaded PDF study material or accessed more than 10% of course content. 
- 
If you purchased via discount coupons, flash sales, or special offers. 
- 
If you joined live classes or took doubt-clearing sessions within the first 3 days. 
Refund Process
- 
Send a refund request to support@jovikdefenceprep.com within 3 days of purchase. 
- 
Mention your Order ID, Registered Email, and Reason for Refund. 
- 
Our team will verify your course activity and process the refund within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- 
First, check your bank account or UPI app. 
- 
Contact your bank or payment gateway; sometimes processing takes additional time. 
- 
If you still have not received your refund after 10 working days, contact us at support@jovikdefenceprep.com. 
Exchange Policy
We do not offer course exchanges. Each course is a separate purchase and cannot be switched or transferred.
Offline Payments / Cash Payments
Refunds are not applicable for offline payments, cash transactions, or direct enrollments made outside the website.
