1. How do I enroll in a course?
You can enroll by clicking on the “Join Course” button on the course page. After payment, you’ll get immediate access in your dashboard.
2. What types of courses are available?
We offer courses for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, and SSB Interview preparation. Courses include live classes, recorded lectures, notes, and tests.
3. Are the courses accredited?
These courses are not government-accredited but are designed by experienced defence mentors to match the latest UPSC NDA/CDS exam pattern and SSB trends.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate to a course?
We recommend at least 3–4 hours daily for NDA/CDS preparation, including lectures, practice, and revision.
5. What are the technical requirements?
A smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet access. All videos are optimized for low bandwidth.
6. Is there any instructor support?
Yes! You can ask doubts in the live classes, Telegram group, or through direct chat with our mentors.
7. Can I access course materials offline?
Currently, videos are not downloadable to prevent piracy. However, PDF notes can be downloaded for offline reading.
8. What happens if I need to drop or withdraw from a course?
We offer a 3-day refund policy only if less than 10% of course content is consumed. After that, no refunds are applicable.
9. Are there any additional costs besides the course fees?
No, all costs are included. There are no hidden charges. Only printed study material (optional) will be chargeable.
10. What happens after I complete a course?
You will get full revision support, practice tests, and mentor guidance until your exam attempt. For SSB, we assist till your final recommendation.

2. Is my payment secure?
Yes, we use Razorpay secure gateway, ensuring 128-bit SSL encryption.
3. Are there any hidden charges?
No, all prices are inclusive of GST. No hidden costs.
Can I change my batch after joining?
Yes, batch change is allowed within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support.

Course cancellation is only allowed under special circumstances. Please reach out to support.
3. How do I request a refund?

2. How do I access my course after purchase?
Login to your dashboard and click on “My Courses”. You’ll find all the enrolled content there.
3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset it.
